Unable to view Talktalk bill

Can anyone explain/advise/give info why I've been unable to view my talktalk on-line bill? Thanks.

    Email received from Carphone Warehouse after I made the complaint that I could not access my online account,to date they have not got back to me despite saying they would reply tomorrow (5/11/04)

    Thank you for your email and I am sorry to hear that you are having problems accessing your account online.

    The Online Billing Team have advised we are currently experiencing problems with the site. However, our technicians are aware of this and are working to resolve.

    In the meantime, I have been trying to request a copy of the October bill for you. But am also experiencing difficulty. I have emailed the online billing team to request a copy and as soon as this is received, I will forward this onto you.

    Please accept my sincere apologies for any upset caused. I shall reply to you tomorrow with an update.
