Mandy_Moo_1 how do you make this yogurt cake? I always have loads of yogurts in the fridge and would love to use them up
this one is the best one i've found but i haven't microwaved it, only done it in the oven......its absolutely gorgeous!! you don't have to use natural yogurt, any flavour will do, and i used sunflower oil cos i don't have veg oil in my kitchen
i made one today, and i'm dying for a piece, but it tastes more chocolatey after a day or two of being wrapped in foil, so i have to resist0 -

Ha Ha, you sound like my mum!:rotfl:
When writing your message, at the top there is all the buttons you need - the one in the white box (usually says 'verdana') is where you change your fonts ie: if you want something a bit different. next to that is another white box (usually with a 2 in it) and a grey down arrow next to it. If you click on that you can alter the sizes. and as you know, if you click on the A, you can change colour.
Also, if you click on B you have bold, i is for italics and U is for underlining.
There are other ways to do the above and other things too, but that should keep you going. try things out, it can only go wrong and you have to start again. HLH,
Den x

Hi - can anyone tell me if it's ok to eat smoked mackerel which has been sealed (unopened) in the fridge but which should have been eaten yesterday. I have just found it and wanted to have it for lunch tomorrow. Do you think it's safe to risk it? The label says display until 28th May and use by 28th May. Normally I don't use stuff past its date , but surely smoked fish should be ok? It wasn't cheap so I am loathe to waste it!
thanks
