Need to pay from 2 paypal accounts and on card?

Hi.
I need to pay for an item £400 via Paypal. I have two different accounts with £40 in each. How can I pay it using the £80 in the two of my accounts. The remaining £320 I want to pay by card (Maestro).
Can I do this?
How long will it take for the seller of the item to receive the payment?
Regards

Ask the seller if they'll let you pay three sums (or two? i'm assuming the card is registered to one of the accounts?).
They might get a little suspicious that one or both of the accounts are hacked though, it does sound a little dodgy.
Alternatively, you can send yourself money from one account to the other. Paypal will sting you for fees, but it's better than the seller assuming you're up to something. They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it0 -
The seller allready knows I have two Ebay accounts as after I bought it I mailed from both of my Ebay accounts so he could see my more respectable feedback on my other account.

Would I be able put money £20 into my unlinked account using my Card(Maestro)so that the total is over £50.
Can I then transfer this £60 into my linked account? Leaving £100 in linked account.
Can I then use my card to put £300 into my linked account? The account will then contain £400. I can then pay the item in full through my linked account.
If not how do I make part payments?

There is a problem with sending part payments for one item in paypal, I can't find a link (I hate the paypal search facility) but I think it only affects the seller protection, not the buyer. However I am not 100% sure if there is any disadvantage for the buyer.
Anyway, unless your seller is very patient, more patient than me at least, I think you will be lucky to get anyone who is happy at this odd arrangement, I think most will suspect some sort of scam.
Try and get all your money into one account but remember that acccepting money from one paypal account into another premier will mean you pay fees. Transferring money from your debit card will not attract fees but will take up to 10 days before you get a balance to send. If you add your debit card to the paypal account and just request paypal to take funds it should be quicker unless it converts to an echeque which can then again easily take 10 days to clear with the seller.
I am also concerned at sending such a large payment without the backing of a credit card, are you sure the seller has the full £500 of protection and that all looks well, no hijacked account or items that won't be delivered in 30 days or such like?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Hi.
Thanks for the replys. The item will also be collected making it an even more bizarre arrangement.
My card is linked to my Ebay account, however I've just got a new card so maybe the change of card number will be a problem aswell.
So this could take between seconds and ten days to transfer? What would the timescale be for say the vast majority of transfers?

I've just had a look at the sellers details, he has Paypal of upto £500 buyer protection.

Why would the seller want 2 or 3 lots of paypal fees for a collection only item?
Can you not just turn up with a fistful of notes? It's safer all round for both you and the seller, and saves paypal earning fees on the sale.
Besides, it is against paypal policy to send split-payments - some money laundering rule apparantly!<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
So glad I'm not the seller! My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
Hi all.
Why not turn up with a fist full of dollars? I thouroughly expected to be collecting and paying cash so I didn't need to prepare/maintain my Payal accounts. I was under the impression it was foolish to take Paypal on collect items, however a thread mentioned this was not the case from late April and maybe pushedby paypal.
The seller insists on Paypal, saying he wants a quick payment, ironically if he'd said bring cash which would have saved nearly £15 in fees then I would have probably gone on the weekend. I won this Friday evening.

Going back to the point in question, I suspect that this would go through as an e-cheque. You could send a direct payment of £40 from both accounts that should clear instantly, but the third payment is likely to go through in about 10-14 days.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0
