Ah yes, i am looking forward to cooking again. I use my oven a lot and i batch bake, so can't wait to get it fixed.
Young Balders does have a way with old Balders, i must admit. He has been grovelling non stop, and has offered to do the car boot with me on Sunday...probably worried i might look to much at the firemen....
The wedding cake i am cooking should have been started a couple of weeks ago, but i haven't had time. It was originally one tier, which i said i would make as a present, all of a sudden it has turned into three tiers...ahhhh
What do i do now? It is a bit of a cheek, and they are good friends, but they are costly to make. Last year i made her daughters cake, and said i would do this for the cost of the ingredients..do you think i should do the same again?
Each tier takes roughly 7 hours to prepare, cook and ice. I average it out at that because i faff a bit in order to get it right. Not including extra do dahs like bases, and supports and decs.
Oh well, will have to do it I suppose.
Nothing else sold yet and i am just working out budget for the week. Catch you all later.

With it suddenly going from 1 tier to 3 tiers (graduating in size I am guessing as well), then yes I think I would have a discussion with them about paying for at least SOME of the ingredients - after all think how much cake shops charge for these things!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup
