If you can't sell them I'm sure your local library would be glad of them!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

“ Oh, please go on the game; it's a steady job, and you'd be working from home! "

    Love it honey! :D

Me and my best mate have this saying when everything turns to sh!te and we have to laugh or else we'll cry. It goes something like this:

"Oh well. we can always go on The Game. It's like funeral parlours - there's always a demand for it, and at least there's no stinking commute!" ;):o

I think we must have been inspired by Bob's dad at some point! :D

Good luck with your cunning plan chick,

    Love Jacks xxx :D

Thanks very much. I was sorely tempted tonight, after heard about Mr.B's spending plans.

I thought ...what i need is a man without commitment issues, who just hands over his dosh...Can't say fairer than that.

Now I am sure linda can act as a pimp, she has prior... as in pimping my snack...but i am not sure:rotfl: ( SORRY LINDA XXXXXXXX)

I feel a bit of a rant coming on but will resist all temptation ( yep Mr.B again just a teensy bit of a rant)I have been impressed by his commitment lately, and would really like him to think first and spend later...nuff said.

As Blackadder said when handing money over to Queenie...pah, will have to come up with another cunning plan..or words to that effect.Must try harder. Does super glue work on wallets?:rotfl: :rotfl:

  • Oh well, does anyone else feel that it is a one step forward, 10 steps back kind of day?

I won one of those hols for Pontins and now find Mr.B won't take any time off, and the teenagers stuck their noses up..they loved it when they were little.

I was in a bit of a mood with Mr.B about finances last night as he willfully draws money out of joint account and tells me after. No consultation before, and expects me to be ok with it. I find it all a struggle, as the money he drew out was more than my food budget.

I decided that i would ask my mates to come with me instead to Pontins, and was met with a lacklustre response. It is only a weekend, and if we take our own food, and a bit of the grape stuff, it should be relatively cheap, as accomodation and leccy paid for, entertainment free..if you buy a cheap tonic and add to ( I have a large bag and not afraid to stash a bit of grape in there!)

I may offer it on the threads where the original freebie post was, but have suspicions that folk would put it on E bay...now there's a thought, although i feel wrong doing that.

Work wise today, was called in early and then told there was too many supply staff in so came home. They are having some sort of inhouse training and we were to do a round robin in classrooms. I am getting paid for the hour and petrol, but still....

So how do i motivate myself today?

Hmm. Still be a bargain for someone if you put it on at a low starting price. (no Grr there)
