Whitby B&B - Top Class Stay

We'll I thought I'd share with you all a fantastic top class stay I have just recently had at Holmleigh Guesthouse in Whitby. Excellent value for money. It is run with a very high standard and is spotlessly clean and tidy. The owners are very charming and the breakfast is just the best!! Another plus going for it is it's perfectly situated in Whitby. I will certainly be going back again, and breakfasts for me just haven't been the same since!! It's a lovely part of the country made even better now I know where to stay! :)

  • I certainly did - I found that if we went around 3pm they had no queues, so we actually spent every day at 3pm in the Magpie for 4 days! Amazing meals - well worth checking it out anyone who's interested.

Did you go to the Magpie Cafe for a meal whilst you were in Whitby?

Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...

  • Myself and hubby went there in February(3rd wedding anniversary) for a week.We booked a cottage just at the foot of the steps leading to the abbey. We had a fantastic time and the cottage was gorgeous :)

    - It is a great place, lots to do and see, or just sit and people watch. It's central to many places and - just a great breath of fresh air. I loved it!
