nokia 6230i restore to factory settings

ive got my g/f's old phone..a nokia 6230i, id like to wipe it back to as new

ive found how to restore it, but its asking for a security code?

where do i find this...it was purchased from virgin

normally 12345 or 00000

if it's not either of those then look at the first post of the Nokia unlock thread as there is a online tool that generates a master security code

it keeps loading grps without me asking it to...can that be fixed /stopped?

got me on that one...maybe delete the gprs profile ?

next one...menu-gallery-MMC...theres a music track on there, cant see how to remove /delete it

any ideas
