Shelfstacker, I did simular to you last week and applied for a 1st direct account as I am too with HSBC at the moment. Had the big black pack through with a credit card for to sign. Called them up as you did and they said they would offer me £2,500 on the credit card :eek:
She said to speed up the process to return an orginal utility bill.
Have you had anything through (pins/cards etc) as yet or is there still the possibility of a rejection letter once the forms are returned?0
