Do any of you have a big w near you? Here is my idea...at the back of our store is a large area with discounted goods all packaged etc and dirt cheap so i'm buying up items to sell and popping them on ebay and selling them for a tidy profitSupporting the Childhood Eye Cancer Trust0

Basically yes its a large version of Woolworths. The one near me is a huge store and the best bit is the discounted area. I'm often found rummaging in there.Supporting the Childhood Eye Cancer Trust0

Thanks for the advice about avon...will try all of those with the next catalogue. BTW did you know if you sign people up to sell Avon you can make money off their sales? Just thinking if you're doing call centres and stuff like that might be worth it!!
Currently swearing at the apprentice on TV with OH, can't believe these muppets can earn that much!! They're bl**dy useless lol.

Other online earners you can join are, Pigsback (I've only just joined but got £1.20 os far), Slicethepie (again just joined and only got 12p so far lol). I do better with MutualPoints - I get 3 emails a week and if I remember pop onto their site and do 5 searches through Pricerunner for 25 points (3000pts = cheque for £20 yay!) I've had £60 off them so far (not this year). I also complete surveys for IPSOS and have had several £10 gift vouchers for Argos and WHS (excellent to use at Christmas).
All of these methods take a while but if you are disciplined and get on to the sites each day for about an hour the small amounts soon mount up. The £20 I have just received from MutualPoints saved my bacon as my overdraft was about to go over it's limit by about £4. I'd have been so annoyed getting charges for £4!
As they say, everylittle helps.
Good luck

My sister works for our local council and once a year asked to participate in electoral role canvassing, as they often dont get the positions all filled they then ask if employees know of anyone willing to participate 1st before going to the job centres . I did it its hard work but worth it because they ask you every year and also contact you for the election counts etc. So if you know anyone who works for a council tell them your interested and to keep you informed when these things come up.Supporting the Childhood Eye Cancer Trust0

:money: OH says to let you all know we don't pay for fires either lol. We brought a bow saw for £15 from homebase, and take it to the woods every weekend. Please note I am not encouraging the felling of healthy trees, we only collect dead wood lol. It's £6 for a bag of coal from Tesco and it lasts about 3 nights. We haven't brought any for months so must've saved a packet by now lol. Also gives us a free day out as we quite enjoy our little adventures in the woods0

We do similar stuff. By chance I met a guy who works as a tree surgeon who gives me a massive builder's bag of logs for £30 every three months or so, delivered to the house. Seeing as a few kilos of wood can cost about £4, it's a bargain."I have enough money to last me the rest of my life, unless I buy something."0
