    Did you ever get the batteries that you were promised?

    The courier never turned up on Monday to take mine back. Or Tuesday. Or today, and yet again no reply to my emails.

    Think I might have to involve Trading Standards soon, as i'm having nothing but trouble with Netelectrics, and their unique style of customer 'service'.
