I think its time to move this thread as none of the companies listed have these phones in stock any longer. I should have ordered them earlier!!Clive0

DECT - Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications.
Ordered mine on Friday - arrived today same model as my single handset that I paid £50 for last year - Bargain!0 -
Mine arrived today, but i ordered "Panasonic KXTCD 412 Digital Cordless Twin ", which is the one without the answer machine for £14.99 & PP, but what turned up was the model (KXT CD 422E) with the built in answering machine. So I have saved all round!!!I am a debt counsellor working in the voluntary sector - we don't charge our clients for the work we do!0

Mine also arrived today linked all four handsets up tonight no problems.
Very pleased with them.

Well,
I entered the expiry date in wrong so when they contacted me, they had sold out of the 412 that I had ordered. So, they upgraded me to the 447! Two sets for £36. Complete bargain as one set on there is £40!

Mine turned up and were well used and badly dented in one place, and didn't have any batteries. I expected refurbs because that was what I'd paid for, but not this.
After over a week of emailing netelectrics back and forth to try and get either a replacement or reasonable reduction, all I eventually got was an offer of a £2 refund (batteries would cost at least £5 alone), and this was after waiting a few days and getting no reply to my first email.
When I declined that offer, I got a reply saying that he 'didn't want to waste any more time on this', and to send them back.
Lots of people have received a great set of phones at a really good price, but I believe the measure of any company is how they treat customers when things are not so good.0 -
I was told to ring Netelectric on 0800 652 1601, rang them and said the batteries were missing, he said he would post a new set out to me. Haven't turned up yet, 6 days later...Thanks to all who post constructively.
Have an A1 day!0
