Boo, hiss, cheesed off now, just got this email:

So I hope I'm not the knot in the rope that kills the chain for us...don't know what to do now, was number 3 in the chain.

Any ideas??

And it looks as if we have gone down from 55 members in the league to 52 and I think thats because of me or rather my so-called friends, only 2 replied so it looks like its deleted the 3 of us. :mad:

I just got the same email, and I've had about 10 people sign up. I've had email confirmation they've signed up, so it's obviously just not working properly. My guess is it will happen to everyone as you've been signed up for 24 hours. What a waste of time...

Yes, I found it strange too, cos I know for definate 3 of them signed up within the timeframe cos I got the emails too. Weird.

Found this on the Alone In The Dark forum, a reply to someone else who's had the same problem.

I'll try and find all the confirmation emails I had before I write.

we could do with being a bit organised as we obviously need to add someone to our threads of people every day till end of july in order to stay in the running, I have been organising my friends and am going to add one each day this way we will not be deleted and will grow in size we need people to join on specific dates if anyone would like to join my line please pm me I will allocate a date to invite each person, AND WE WILL GET TO THE END

That's right - we do need to get more organised....but the game seems to have gone a tad weird at the mo - so maybe we'll get to try again...
