I'm going to Deepdale Retail Park in Preston after work - might pop into Boots - does anyone know if there is anything in the Clearance there at all?

Hi everyone,

I have not been around for a few days due to having major toothache with my wisdom tooth coming through funny. Anyhow after over coming my fear of needles i went to the dentist this morning and got all numbed up for the extraction before she decided she could not do it as it was too close to the nerves for my lower lip. Back home now with loads of tablets and now on a year long waiting list to go through it all again. :mad:

Service is now back to normal and i will read back through what i have missed shortly.

I did buy all my pain killers at Boots.

I know it's not Boots related. You get these coupons free in most Tesco stores (around the health and beauty department) however, they are very hard to find at times and the current batch run out on the 3rd June. They can be like gold dust! Failing finding any in store you can buy them from ebay.

No Boots trip today!

The only freebies I found in the reduced section were beckett and ted baker for men, Stoke isn't the place for bootsing really, Luckly leave for My home town of Notts tomorrow, bigger boots, more stuff, hope fully more freebies

That's it really. Clearance moved again to over by the photos bit.

Some reduced Sanctuary still in stock and definitely an MSEr buying the last couple of Jam sessions and asking if there was any more

Yes, back from Boots and got triple points on the T-Mobile top-up - glad to see they have not updated the tills!!!

Managed to get the last roc GWP from mother's day. I got the roc wipes, used a £5 roc voucher to reduce the total, paying £1, basically to disguise the free GWP. The nice SA looked at it going through free, hesitaded, looked around, I saw she was gonna get up and check... but somehow decided against it, and put it in the bag. Don't you just love when they do not question the till?!

As for the reductions, they seem to be a bit random... I saw a few reduced items in the shelf, but not as many as you've reported... There was no SA nearby with a price check thingy so I did not have the nerve to take them with me to the till and ask for price checks, since the store was packed. No Mediterranean gifts either :mad:

Question: are the reported reductions national or store specific, for instance in sanctuary, elle, etc?

Abbreviation: Sorry, but CPG does not have this one, what does SEL mean?

SEL - Shelf Edge Label (I think!)

The reductions on Natural Collection and Med range weren't in my store on Weds, so not national. HTH
