Can I ask what you were returning? Are they funny about swapping stuff with no receipt? Does it have to be something that can't be opened?

    Any help appreciated :)

They were items that could be opened, but that had obviously not been used. It was pots of body cream and an eye mask. There was no problem returning it - the SA looked at it to ensure it had not been used, that's all.

Did anyone get the express today? If yes what is the boots voucher actually for?

Fab Bootsing day today. TS shampoo and conditioner free with pc and ACM. Of course i got the beep but had already pre-empted this by telling SA it will beep. She voided it (or tried to tell me she had but the total never changed) eventually voided tho. No7 tan maintainer x 2, Mens GWP used 200 points mag and my last (sob) PC £5 off No7.
So paid £5 (lightspeed boots voucher) for all that little lot.

Thanks for everyones help with the multi quoting, haven't got time to try it now but much appreciated. I have vista so can't right click copy and OH has made the tool bar disappear so will try the ctrl +c thingy.:D

Had a great point haul today, its 10 points per pound when you spend £15, so I brought some basics that I needed anyway, then saw 150 points if you top up by £20 or more on Orange. so by spending £37 including top up I got £4.56 in points, so I was a happy bunny! No machine freebie offers today, although I got a free mullerrice from a van promotion outside hanley in stoke on trent

See freebies come from the last place, you would expect

The ACM had rubbish offers for me today. I'd planned on getting the Mens No 7 GWP but they'd moved the no 7 sun stuff near the dreaded No 7 counter. Also no 350 points on bathing. I decided to wait until the ankle biters weren't there to distract me.

Lots of reduced Sanctuary, Elle McP etc. Bought a couple of Kodak Camera cases for 50p as always seem to loose those, camera cleaning kits for 10p, some reduced Natural Collection with the GWP (sadly the 100 points on a Boots brand bag didn't work but I tried!!). Reduced Elle stuff went through on BOGOF so will obviously need more!!!
