To be fair though, I have also had problems with Ikea - their ice-cream was way too cold, their desserts contained calories & their store is too far from my home, thus costing me more for diesel. Should I also complain? :p
Ice cream has no calories, as calories are a measure of heat :)

    Dear Mr Ikea,

I a disgruntled customer have some serious concerns to raise,

On a rain swept day i thoroughly enjoyed the 99 minus flake which mumsy bought for me.

I licked and slurped and basically handled my cone in a very unsavoury manner, mumsy was not impressed and had to do a lot of that spit and lick cleaning of my face mumsys do.

Then to my horror she use the napkin on my face.

The said napkin smelt , yes, smelt of MEAT.

Meat is murder as you fully well know, and i have had many nightmares of the smell of the flesh of animals, (sorry for ketchup stains, im justing eating a Mc donalds quarter pounder mmmmmm).

Anyway i have had a major tantrum, stamped my feet and thrown my pizza outta my pram.
    (pizza......well thats a long story)

If the said napkin had smelt of your lovely swedish meatballs id be ok with things, but no , it stunk of hot dogs, how very dare you.

I demand reccompence to the tune of 2 lollipops in the flavour of my choice forthwith.

    Yours disgruntled

I find it hard to take the posts seriously of someone who has written to Royal mail, asking for free stamps because they are a regular customer.

Well now, this is a good question. I do hope the OP has kept and baggied the offending napkin so that Ikeas forensic experts can do a full and thorough investigation.

I think maybe he is hoping to settle out of court for distress and trauma caused? Most reasonable people would give a company this opportunity before dragging their previously good name through the legal system. Eh? How about it OP. Give the little man a chance before you bury him?

Can the plaintiff confirm if the cone he was given had ice cream in it or meat? seems like he may just have had one of their new meat cones and it was exactly as ordered...
