Aldi "Super Sale" this Thursday

  • Bah I went into Aldi today expecting a super sale but all the soup was the same price.

I did however see plenty of PC Remotes @ £4.99, denim skirts for 99p, sweatshirts for 49p etc but no cheap soup.
  • Managed to get two of the hard drives. Alot of people were disappointed thou as not all the items were available at the store. It was what all tehy had left over. So you might get lucky if you try a few stores to see fi they have what you want still in stock!
  • went to the Cambridge store this afternoon -

Doh! I should have realised the Hard drives were INTERNAL (I'm after an externall one) Doesnt matter as they didnt have them anyway.......

There was one HDD recorder left and stack loads of HP printers....also had some 1Gb SD cards for £49

    Walked away with nothing though.....

Are you SURE? I'd be VERY surprised if one particular branch could go against company-wide policy and accept credit cards. It is fairly widely known that Aldi only accept DEBIT CARDS (ie Switch / Visa Delta). This is part of the reason why they are usually fairly cheap (ie by avoiding expensive credit card merchandising charges)
  • Dover branch of Aldi had loads of the remote controls today.

They're laptop remotes. This link was on the fifth post http://www.soundonsound.com/forum/showflat.php?session=d3d5b0f95448abf07ac2826631bda8d6&Cat=&Number=184878&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=1#Post185387184878
They've been discussed in another forum.

Can't post Ebay links on here but if you do a search on Ebay for "Tevion remote" you should pick up 3 of them, all the info you need should be there.
This site has saved me a fortune :money: ...it's also cost me a fortune!
