boddy - yes its a bit mad here with all the kittens. i have sold 3 on deposit so far:) which i am pleased as i havent even advertised them yet.

have just bathed ds3 and dd, both now pj'd and ds3 playing in his room, dd watching tv.

ds2 is still out playing (his dinner is in microwave)
ds 1 is also watching tv.

i have finshed the washing up and put it away. i am going to make a list of things to get done tomorrow....baby steps, baby steps.

thanks pigpen for the offer of help, i feel a bit better already coming on here...

And why do cats ALWAYS wipe themselves on you when they come in from the rain?

For the same reason that dogs will always trail the muddiest of footprints over the one bit of floor you've just cleaned....

Skips and Jamie - big hugs
    Pigpen and G&B renewed hugs...

Well, I'm nearly all dusted out but still don't appear to have achieved very much. Furniture is all higgledy piggledy in the living room. I need to move THAT before I can move THIS so that the OTHER will be in the right place. I might just give up and wait until the weekend.... I'm back to work tomorrow but do have Friday off.

I have also decided I need to source a new settee and armchair from somewhere - cheap! I'm thinking cane/wicker type stuff. I also need to get some stop gap curtains - the ones I had originally are now about a foot too short for the french doors! Then I need to think about decorating.

Why is it that one job leads to a gozillian more jobs?

    Skipsmum - hugs to you.
G&B - i'll be thinking of you on Saturday.
JamieDodger - sorry to hear about your nan. I might have this totally wrong but are you the jamiedodger from the dfw board last year who set up a website? If you are, how's it going? If you're not, i'll go crawl back in my corner!!

Aunt F is visiting for the third time in three weeks and I am totally, totally AT THE END OF MY TETHER AS I HAVE MAJOR PMT!!!! Ok, and breath!!!

Just popped to b&q and the table and chairs I wanted to match the ones we got last year were 33% off. I was going to buy them in two weeks but we got them now and i'll put the cash in the bank account in two weeks as they only had the one left that I wanted. Now the big huge picnic table will go up to the allotment so we'll have somewhere to have picnics and relax up there.

Anyone for a glass of wine? xx
