I was going to post this question in a new thread but thought it would best to post it in here. What is the normal time you wait for a prize before you enquire about it not being posted/sent to you? I recieved notificiation I had won a prize on the 4th June. The email said it would be sent out by post shortly. Would it be rude to chase it up now?
They sometimes say that the prize will be sent within 28 days, so I give everyone 1 full month before contacting them. Some are just really slow
It's so frustrating when you're waiting for something.
I think it would be fine to contact themG'Luck All :T0 -
I would chase it up for sure no harm in trying ,nice polite phone call or email.

Evening everyone. Just a bit of advice if anyone has any for me, please.
My cousin is 3/4 months pregnant & has just been for her first scan - she has just been round to my house in tears because the hospital have found a cyst on the babys spine, the spine is slightly curved & the baby's head is slightly mis-shapen.
They have diagnosed spina-bifida & have basically told her and her hubby to go home & make a decision on whether to terminate the pregnancy, and the nurse did not offer the baby much hope.
However, they have not told them any details about spina-bifida so they don't know what they are facing.
I have looked on the web to get more details for them but wondered if anyone on here has first-hand experience of this.
Any advice would be greatly welcomed and appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
RCB

I do not know to much about it though hope she can get a lot of helpful advise it is a disgrace that a hospital did not give them any
If she is up to it ,she should call back hospital first thing in morning and get them to get her back in to explain etc or call her doctor and demand he does this is what they are paid for heartless gits:mad:
Bella hope the fennel tea works after a few days it aint as bad honest:rotfl:and now no bloating its amazing:eek:and when do get pain cup of that and goes awayJust back into comping past few months to help me get over rubbish in life.... won Hotpoint fridge freezer, soda stream0 -
Cheers for that sfh - I think it was the person doing the ultrasound who was reluctant to give further advice - I think they are leaving that to the doctor, but they now have to wait probably until after the weekend to get an appointment. I really wouldn't want their decision.
Glad to hear the fennel is working it's magic for you!!The Rock Chick, she say 'courtesy costs nowt' - spread the word!0
