    Hi all... been reading about this fennel tea/tablets... helps your belly and curbs apetite you say? Might try that! I guess I can get the tablets in Holland & Barratt?

    Yep, you should get them from any decent health food shop. Doesn't work for everyone, but if you struggle with the terrible bloating it's a godsend!

    the lady in shop told me Aloe vera drink i think as well though not sure about that:rotfl:
    have to admit peppermint made me feel bloated but this stuff seems good shall see how it goes

    Aloe Vera is supposed to be great for your insides but I didn't feel any difference!

    Peppermint is great for my mum but hasn't done a thing for me at all.

    I found that taking Fennel for the bloating & Boldo tablets for the water retention has been amazing for me!

    EDIT: I have just realised today is exactly 1 year since we got flooded out of our home! Still no nearer to going back, but hey-ho!! Another Vodka it is then!!

  • I'm now drinking my very cold coffee, my LO STILL awake :mad: DH thinks it's my fault cos she still sleeps during the day !!!!!! she's not even 2 yet!

    I have just finalised 2 of my assignments for my course, I need to do between 10 & 12 to be handed in no later than week beginning 14th July, nowt like leaving it til the last minute :rolleyes: Course Tutor wants to see some of them before then as well so handing these 2 in tomorrow, hope they are ok.

    Yep, you should get them from any decent health food shop. Doesn't work for everyone, but if you struggle with the terrible bloating it's a godsend!

    I was going to post this question in a new thread but thought it would best to post it in here. What is the normal time you wait for a prize before you enquire about it not being posted/sent to you? I recieved notificiation I had won a prize on the 4th June. The email said it would be sent out by post shortly. Would it be rude to chase it up now?
