Maybe because it had closed as the subject ( that was me I think, I changed it) so you would have had to hover over the thread to see the text inside to see the cuisinart search

At what point do you stop waiting for a prize to arrive?

6 weeks ago I got a WEM. Been told it has been sent twice!

Only a DVD, so do I just forget it?

No Way forget it, if only on principle, keep on at them & if need be take it further. Have you got a contact number? If so call them, it's harder to ignore the phone than it is an email HTH

Maybe email them one more time saying that if you have not received your prize within two weeks you will make a formal complaint to the ISP

Again find a phone number & call, or go through an someone more professional but make sure you have a screen shot of your name.

I couldn't find a phone number and on their website they don't even give an email address just a contact us form. They're either ignorant or just don't read their messages!

  • Just thought I should warn all you compers about this scam Email I received as you may think you have won a prize, open the attachment and get a virus on your computer.

This Email claimed to be from UPS about a parcel they could not deliver. They asked me fill an attached form. I fortunately did not open the attachment as the whole thing looked dodgy. I also tried to put the tracking number in on the UPS website and of course it was not recognised. So I rang UPS and they are aware of the problem and are investigating it. She told me that had I opened the attachment I would have caught a computer virus. So if you get anything like this be careful and check any tracking number on UPS website first.
