Hi all, just a quick question have any of you used your virgin experience vouchers on the case of wine. If so how does it work, have loooked on the website and in the booklets but cant find out if you need to go somewhere to talk to the wine advisor or if it is done on the phone. Thanks in advance.

Hi There, i used one on the Virgin wine awhile back. It is just a phone call you talk to the wine advisor on, he was only on the phone about 30 secs with us

Order in PLENTY OF TIME cuz they are useless. I sent mine away 3weeks before my graduation, it says it will be delivered within 7 days of phone call! And it still wasn't here by my graduation. I complained and complained because it was a special occasion but to cut a long story short, it never arrived in time and 'tough luck' was all i got out of them. Would never ever PAY to use a Virgin Experience after that. Even though it was great to have the wine free, they let us down badly and didn't care. I read another post on here awhile ago too where someone elses wine didnt show up in time for their party. Good luck with urs though! :rotfl: :D

Thanks very much for that, was worried I would have to go miles to some place to see the advisor. Not too worried about how long they take going to get them and use some for xmas hampers im making, so time not an issue.
Thanks again

Ive noticed that alot get bumped from time to time, seems to be okay for a while then theres a spate of bumps. I also find I open a thread, click the linky or enter only to find it has been bumped because it has finished but no sign as to whether a PM has been sent - though I guess if a PM had been sent the thread wouldnt be there long as it would be sent to game over:D

Hello ktsh

Welcome to the MSE site.

I'll move your thread to the 'Competitions Time' board, where it should get more responses.

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.
