what bg do you think i shouldask and rach and laura ask the same bg please.as its gonna be mad with peeps missing out on that lot

I would consider pm'ing diva as she is the one who started the Comps Forum & although there are other BGs, she is the one who made the decision last time. She is back from her hols.

When the 2 lists were stickied that wasn't agreed as such it was just done, but doing it without asking is a surefire way of getting rid of the lists as far as I can see :)
Sad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out

A lil tip if u are in a panic about 31.08 endlist,
If u sort your display thread button to thread title, u will end up with 31/08 bunched together, in 3 or 4 clusters.
Once u have done this the 31 starts approx on page 9, u will have to go through pages but they will appear as a group. Doing this with FF and snaplink will get you through them in no time at all. xxxxx
The display options button is on the bottom left hand corner as u look at the forum xxxx

thanks toni, hopefully I will have the 31st sorted soon but will do that for the 30th comps. Thats quite a useful tip for compiling the ending lists, will do that next time if they stay!

It's amazing how the threat of contacting the ISP/ASA gets a response from PR companies! But why should you have to resort to that if you've won a prize fair and square?

I have been waiting for a prize (a DVD) from a pick me up magazine since 30th June. They said allow 28 days (it's been 57 so far). The only person that had communicated with me is the lady from pick me up, who notified me of the win (to be fair she's always replied promptly). The prize was actually being dealt with by a PR company. Today I had enough and gave them 7 days to send the prize, or I would contact the ISP/ASA. Within a few minutes of sending that email I have now had a response from the PR company (who amongst excuses of "having moved departments" and "being on holiday") have said they will send the prize. The lady from pick me up has also sent a response clearly passing the buck to the PR company! Lets see if the prize turns up this week!

Just quoting my post from yesterday, to say that the DVD arrived this morning. :T :j
:T*Thanks to all who posts comps * :j

I always thought that it was best to leave it on the board and PM the board guide rather than bumping it up the board to say game over then it just gets sent to game over and noone will accidently click on it or waste time entering it when its over?
