If he replied to you,saying you would recieve you prize i would send him a copy showing everything or phone them0

Mimijane - No I've not re-sent the email I sent to him on 1 August but will do.
Chelle - When I sent the reply on 1 August, I didn't get another reply from him saying that the prize would be sent out, but I wasn't really expecting one.
The thing that is most annoying is that it was a decent prize and something I had intended going out to buy so would have saved me over £100 quidThrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End

Go to your "sent box", print a copy of firstly the sent box in its entirity and then the actual email you sent, as well as the WEM and other correspondance since and send it via recorded delivery to him.0

And if that doesn' work, follow the advice in the compers guide -

Hang on. Isn't that only 21 days anyway? Is he saying he's actually sent the prize out? If that's the case he didn't allow you the full 21 days to reply.Avoiding plastic, palm oil, UPF and Nestlé0

It's only been like 21/22 days so i don't see how he could have given it to some1 else, unless it was today or yesterday he did that? I would forward him the email you sent and say you are dissappointed this has happened as you did reply etc. Good luck.0
