S&S ISA (selling American shares)

Hi there I have shares from a sharesave scheme in a S&S ISA. I am considering selling them and buying shares in a couple of British firms.
Can I do this within the ISA wrapper and is there any tax problems (US or UK) I should look out for? (I think capital gains tax only kicks in if the sale is over £10k)
Cheers
Simon
