Can you Haggle in phone shops?

I want a Blackberry on contract and am going with O2 and I'm going to there shop (O2 phone shop) in town tomorrow and was wondering if you can haggle on contract prices and the phone itself?

Of course you can - O2 are the most incentive driven of the networks at present.

Remember that Orange offered that same deal with £10 off a month and the internet - well its almost half the price but a but of hassle with cashbacks, so you would like it from a shop.;);)

I tried my best in the 02 shop on friday and they wouldnt budge as i was looking for the nokia n95 8gb armed with the dial a phone offer of free phone and they wouldnt budge on what the online page showed.

Try the O2 Outlet shops they are more prepared to negotiate in my experience and have more scope to. I ended up with a better deal with them than available on the Web. That was on an O2 Xda Orbit 2

Yeah tried it thanks but even getting them down in price it ended up more expensive than on the web
