I transferred into them last November. I received my account details back within 2 days of sending the application form. I then sent down the transfer form and money was transferred from HBOS within 14 days. They were very fast and efficient so 3 weeks to process your application doesn't sound right.
I'd check that they actually received your application form.0 -
Yes I kinda agree with that,as I found them vey efficient with all other communication.Thank you.0

We are in the middle of transferring our ISA's to Ruffler. We sent the application forms in on the Monday, and received back the transfer forms to be sent to our existing ISA provider within 2-days.
I would suggest you give them a call or email them.In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0 -
We found the Ruffler Bank to be pretty good too.
They recently dropped their ISA rate from 6.5% to 6.15% (don't panic! now back to 6.25%) just as Lloyds issued a 6.5% fixed rate ISA. We moved an ISA from Ruffler to Lloyds and specified a 30 day delay to avoid loss of interest. The ISA was moved within 7 days of the 30 day period. Well pleased.
Funnily enough, when they put the rate back up to 6.25% (lots of transfers out?), we were ready to move my ISA from IF. We moved that to Ruffler! IF really dragged out this move...“When I was a boy of fourteen, my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the old man around.
But when I got to be twenty one, I was astonished at how much he had learned in seven years.”
