When is new Iphone coming out?

I know there were rumours new one was coming out around June / July time is this still the case? I am wanting to purchase one but would like to see if the new one will have 3g main reason for purchasing it.

    No way to know for sure but Steve Jobs is expected to make an announcement on 9th June, so maybe shortly after that.

    And yes, from the latest firmware, it looks like the model will be 3G, that's a given anyway, not sure about GPS and other features. Not too long to wait anyway.

    Not sure when it will be released, but have read somewhere that they will bring out two versions of the phone.

    Apparently there is talk of the networks being allowed to subsidise the cost of the phone too!

    the rumoured different versions of the phone, are the same phone, with different colours..

    the rumoured new phone, has a full plastic back, rather than the metal / plastic mix it currently has..

    the rumoured new phone, is slightly thicker than the current model..

    9th June, Steve Jobs is making a keynote speech, probably around 6pm our time...

    unfortunate for us in the UK, o2 have a exclusitivty deal, so you get it on o2, or o2, but there may be subsidies..
