It's not a pleasant thought but we all die at some point and if you don't want to leave chaos and distress behind you, the answer is to write a will; something many of us never get round to doing. The Which Wills and Probate book contains 'practical and easy to follow advice' on how to write a will without the need of a solicitor.
What to do?
I've been given 5 copies to give away to MoneySavers. All I ask is that the winners come back and rate it on its MoneySaving power and usefulness.
If you're interested click in the box at the bottom of this thread, type "yes please" and then click send to post the message on the forum. I'll pick 5 people at random. You need to be registered on the chat forum to do it (go here).
This is not the same as signing up to the email (that's separate). It's completely free and your details aren't used for anything else.

We are sorting our will out right now, and are having to deal with extended issues such as trust funds to save paying a possible 80k IHT liability, ITS A MINEFIELD!, however once sorted and with the help of the book we would be glad to write up the book review and also share our IHT "Journey" for the benefit of others on MSE.
