pah ,say that to the people ive argued with this week
we have all new managers now(long story) and theres loads of changes
one being all packages require ID for collection (i know it should have been that anyway) but the tantrums we have had are unbelieveable!

well,i will tell you some classics
the woman who launched a flurry of swear words at me as she had to go back to her car for id
this is her car in the RM car park right outside the door
they guy who was adament that me having his car registration number counts as ID as its registered to the address
countless "it should be on the card then!" ,and when you point at the bit it does then usually some mumbled comment
however the best was just 2 days ago
woman from a verry posh area (no houses under £1,000,000),abandons her range rover with the hazzards on
comes in for her packet,no ID
has a major tantrum
comes back the next day
all stroppy but with ID,then ploughs her range rover into the car park gates
i dont mean a tap but a good front mangleing hit.
when they got her out of the car she had hit accelerate instead of brake
"when it didnt slow down,i pushed harder"0 -

Ok - I didnt add enough detail into the post.
I went to a post office counter, and the member of staff did not put enough postage on, I did not realise as I was posting more than one item.
I also understand that it costs alot more than £1 to process the letter, however that was not down to me.0 -

Well that completely changes the entire tone of your original post. I'd have said it was a case to argue the cost demanded if it was the post office's responsibility."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"
