i ordered a towel bale for £9.99 and i did put the code in when it said order code but it said the £9.99 was still charged to my account (i didnt put any card details in just my name and address) is this right? does the discount show up on your statement like with teh additions freebie?:T The best things in life are FREE! :T0

Just to let you know:
1. This thread was started over 4 moths ago (so no idea if code is still valid)
2. Lots of people were charged for the goods they purchased or for shipping or for both.
3. Post #59 states use of code was revised to £5 off plus free p+p , MOV £15.
4. General concensus with this company is that they are one to miss (and I say that as someone who obtained a completely free heater)
5. See futher tales of woe with this offer here:

can i return teh items for free then?
or is it worth arguing my point with customer services?:T The best things in life are FREE! :T0 -
Yes, you should be able to return the goods free for a full refund
Arguing your point with Daxon usually ends up as that - an arguement."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Oh no, not this Daxon 'free' heater again. I ordered last September, got email confirmation showing i owed £0.00, then an invoice for £9.99 plus del.
It has taken me since last Sept till THIS MONTH to sort it out. (heater was returned ). The whole episode with Daxon has been a pain in the backside, and I'm not alone. Just my own advice - stay clear of Daxon and codes.:grouphug: A smile, a 'please' and a 'thank you' cost nothing0
