Spoken to Daxon on the phone- no joy.
Forwarded them a copy of my 0.00 confirmation invoice and threatened them with Trading Standards.
Surprise surprise no reply.
I have decided to put the heater to one side and see if they send out a payment reminder.
fingers crossed, it ain't half cold here in Wales.
I didn't giveany card details either. Daxon cust. service woman said she would arrange free collection if I wished. Said I wasn't happy.
So now I'm going to mail them, and same as you tylrolean, mention TS.
Not given up on this one! Will post again if and when I hear.:grouphug: A smile, a 'please' and a 'thank you' cost nothing0 -
Be careful with daxon they are quick to register non payment happened to a friend of mine. Not a nice company by all accounts and sell some very poor quality items at inflated prices. So be careful.................0

My fan heater arrived today... FREE.
Invoice says £0.00 and Nothing charged.
I am sorry for the others who are having problems. Hope their problems are resolved soon.0 -
Mine arrived 2 days ago. Invoice said 0.00p. I did use my Card details (thought the credit thing was more risky), and my card hasn't been charged.
Lots of catalogues and suchlike in the box it came in.0 -
I've been charged £9.99. I think I'll just send it back.0

This is not entirely related, but I received a letter from the company after taking advantage of this offer saying that they cannot open an account for me due to my credit rating. I don't understand how I can have a poor credit rating...I've never even been in overdraft!0

The offer is now £5 discount and FREE P&P, MOV £15No matter how much money you have got, it will never be enougth!
