Toucan - anyone used them?

I have researched to try and find a cheap broadband provider for a first timer.
I am aware of metronet and adsl4less to name but a few but the cheapest overall package for 12 months (taking activation charges into account seem to be toucan). Plan to sign up with them and then migrate after 12 months.
Has anyone had experience of them?
