    Oh I didn't look at the link as I DO remember reading it somewhere previously so assumed the information Morglin posted was correct, sorry.

    If as Woodbine says it is from 2014, then that is better for my husband as he will be receiving his State Pension then.

    What will happen to his claim in the meantime? Will he still have to pass the PCA?

    From what has been said recently he will have to pass the new WCA from 2010, which is different from the PCA especially with regard to the mental health descriptors.

    His mental health problem is long-standing of about 20 years and I don't think there will be any problem. He has a physical problem too, but it's mainly to do with his depression.

    It says in the June edition of Saga Magazine ' From 2010 to 2013 everyone on incapacity benefit will be reassessed and moved on to ESA.'
