Do Not Join Wilkinsonplus Dvd Trial!

THEY TAKE THE MONEY STRAIGHT AWAY! I signed up after a link from this board which is why i've posted this here. They took the money immediately from my account and so far i've not had it back! I have obviously cancelled the account straight away but may have to get my bank to claim it back which is a total pain!!
Do not touch this company. They are BAD!!!!!

i too had major problems with them
two members of their staff were rude and abusive and i felt threatened by them.
in the end i rang head office and ive heard abosulutely nothing from him since. even though i was promised a refund and the free dvd also a letter of appology ive had nothing.
awful company that i will NEVER EVER use again
AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOLKS!

I also had problems with them, my sister joined recently and she had the same problems, they do not send out the free dvd and lie, they're very good at trying to take money out of your account when they are not meant to be. I emailed movie stream when i signed up and they never sent out the free dvd. When my sister joined (different address), they claimed someone used her details and had already signed up-lies! No one did, when she emailed back saying that it might be identity fraud and she was getting the police involved and would be keeping their emails as evidence, they stopped emailing back. They are a waste of time, the free dvd is a con, they do not send it out. Movie Stream do not send out the dvd directly it is outsourced to another company so its is not soely their fault but the company they sub contract too. I did receive my dvd within three weeks of cancelling the trial, its not a con they do honour the promise.

You must be the only lucky one that has received the dvd, so far i haven't read a single post stating they received their's. Majority have not. I do not know who the sub contracter is but movie stream do have terrible customer service and wilkinsons in this care are just as bad!

I signed up for a free trial as they advertised a free Wilkinson £5 gift voucher. However when the email finally came down (a week into the trial), it was only for a £5 of a £30 spend code, not a gift voucher at all. I also found their service awful, very slow turn around, never sending any new DVDs, very nad customer service. Finally cancelled them and would never use them again.
