And the correct temperature for an electric no fan oven would be?
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

180 will be hot enough. :)

Put a tray underneath incase the juice boils over. ;)

This is gonna be great! I've spooned a little liquid off the top ( mmmm) but I don't think there's too much. The little bits of ginger are a nice surprise (if you like ginger). I've promised half of this to my mate, so it had better be good! :D

About time you showed up! :D

I've sprinkled a little ground cinnamon over the fruit, and am waiting for the oven to heat up. :D

Yes, as per the instructions! :p

How long does it need? It went in at 4.40pm.

I'd give it 20 mins and then check it. It should be golden brown and the juice should be bubbling at the sides

Could take 30-40 mins, ovens are all different

Don't think it's quite ready yet, but not far off. The top's not very brown. I think there is still a bit too much liquid, as the crumble seems to have absorbed quite a lot of it, but I also think that's partly due to the more open texture with the oats, IYSWIM?
