This is gonna be great! I've spooned a little liquid off the top ( :drool: mmmm) but I don't think there's too much. The little bits of ginger are a nice surprise (if you like ginger). I'd give it 20 mins and then check it. It should be golden brown and the juice should be bubbling at the sides
Could take 30-40 mins, ovens are all different

Don't think it's quite ready yet, but not far off. The top's not very brown. I think there is still a bit too much liquid, as the crumble seems to have absorbed quite a lot of it, but I also think that's partly due to the more open texture with the oats, IYSWIM?If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0
