Hope someone can help me, i recently noticed on my invoice that i had been charged £4.26 a month for orange world. I rang Orange, asked why the charges, i explained i had never asked for it and never used it, the advisor looked into my account and said that i have only been charged for the past 4 months, she offered to put a credit onto my account. I dont have my previous invoices, what i need to know is I am in the 13th month of an 18 month contract, will i have been charged from the ist bill

The advisor said she has double checked and i have only been charged for the past 4 months. I have a feeling she was not very honest, and I might have been paying from day 1.

i was told you dont get charged if you just use orange world for checking your account but then found i had been charged for this - wont use it again- will just call up to find out how many mins/texts I have got left - do you actually use orange world?
