Hi there,
I wish to transfer my IF ISA to the Halifax ISA.
The transfer forms are asking for a sort code and account no. As IF issue plan numbers, is this sufficent for Halifax to notify IF of the correct account?
Regards

I couldn't find the account number on any of my paperwork so phoned IF on 0845 609 4343 and they gave me my account number and their sort code.
I called into branch to move mine to the Halifax's "Direct" ISA. Had a cup of coffee while a lovely lady completed all the forms on their intranet for me. I'd just nicely finished my coffee when she passed me the forms to sign.
What a pleasurable experience!0
