Telewest - deals for existing customers?

We currently have our home phone (with free evening and weekend calls), essential digital tv package and 1mb broadband with telewest, who we've been with for just over a year. We are paying £52pm for this and I just wondered if anyone had any experience of renegotiating with them for a better deal, as their deals for new customers seem much better than this at the moment.
