Nice, chatty thread today. Sorry some of you are having more rubbish days :(.

My OH is at the pub this evening with some work folks, so I was good and made myself dinner out of the freezer (and this week managed to freeze some things before they went off and got wasted). Have managed to delay grocery shopping by a week so far. Had wine in the fridge from earlier in the week, so had a couple glasses from that this evening.

Had to buy a couple things today like birthday cards etc but looked for cheaper ones that were still nice. Going to get my hair cut tomorrow which I can't wait for... it's overdue by 4 weeks on purpose, and I deliberately booked a cheaper stylist too. Did a MS shop after work too. Had a look at online banking today and was paid today too, but won't leave money to savings til end of the month. Had to spend out £100 for a MS which was silly because I realised after because of the dates I won't get it back for a month. :( Had 2 free samples of cat food (good), gave one to the cat for dinner, and she promptly threw it up in 3 places (not good).

I mentioned before I picked up the frame for a papasan chair from freecycle... I found somewhere that has the cushions, and they're having a sale this weekend, so I checked today if the cushion would be included and it had 20% off so I bought it (procrastinating for a week came in handy). So instead of buying a chair complete, new, for £130, it'll have cost me £53!

Hope you all have a nice bank holiday weekend... I doubt I'll be on here tomorrow, so hopefully oneof you guys will start tomorrow's thread off! :)

    Getting there...slowly! :D

    GC : must do better

No matter how slow I go I am lapping everyone on the couch.
