Cashback. Spill the beans
With the huge number of posts in this forum regarding the evasive and downright cheating that is going on with cashbacks - and most seem to be with CPW/OSPS/E2Save - surely there must be some ex-employees who are willing spill the beans about exactly what is going on in the settlement office?
Is there some special bonus system in place for the number of genuine claims that are not settled? Is there some special training given to staff to purposely put obstacles in the way of customers? What about the ever changing t&c and addresses? With the growing numbers of customers getting wise and using the excellent advice on LBA/MCOL on this forum, surely the legal costs must be hurting?
Come on - don't be shy, Spill the beans and give us the inside track.
