Ah, no worries then
It just feels like it's a bit hands off in here sometimes but it's obvious things are being watched.
No problem with TT (just on the phone to them on behalf my Dad who needs a new router and it was the usual excellent service) as such.0 -
Yes, we are keeping our eye on things here, sorry if you feel I am a little hands off. Currently I keep my eye on about 30 sites, at times its hard to keep on top of everything
But I try my best.......

I cancelled my Direct Debit with Talk Talk in error when I was cancelling a number of old direct debits (pressed the wrong key) I was aware of it immeadiatly and phoned the bank who re-instated it. They said as it had been less than 24 hours there would be no problem. the next bill I had they had imposed a £3.50 charge. I phoned them and they refused to do anything about it, I even had to give them all my bank details again to set up a new direct debit. I also had to pay that months payment by cheque. I had not missed any payments due to my error I had only just paid the previous months bill so they never even had a refused payment request. I emailed them and complained and they phoned me, apologised and refunded the charge so don' give up complain again.
I was with TalkTalk with their phone service, which at the time wasn't too bad, but then I took their broadband and it was absolutely dreadful, went from an excellent broadband from another supplier to a service that would crawl at 0.5k/s to 3 or 4k/s at most. Promises made, service still crap, customer support useless, eventually by going to the top person got them to refund the money I'd paid and let me move away from them without penalty. I then moved my phone service away from them too as there was no way I was going to give them another penny after how poor their customer service was. Then for 3 or 4 months had threatening letters chasing for payments for a broadband service I no longer had. TalkTalk are just awful and incompetent. Wouldn't even recommended them to my worst enemy. I'm glad to be shot of the dreadful company. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0 -

I had a call from them last week trying to sell me a new service they had bought out, the caller asked me 1st of all if I was happy with the service I was receiving, I think she asked just out of courtesy because she really did not want to discuss my reply. She just kept saying that talk talk were aware of my problem and was working to sort it out. I informed her that I had stopped calling them about my problem because I was sick of being on the phone in a queue for an average of 30 to 40 minutes listening to the same tune blaring out (We have got to get it together) that is the only tune I have ever heard over and over again. I just put up with the problem until my 18 months is up. I declined her offer of the new service free for a month amd then half price, they probably would have started my 18 month contract again as I would have changed it. No way.0 -
sorry to say I also was with these clowns and have never been so glad to get rid of them and yes I also got the threating letters ,so good luck to anyone who are still with them as you will have problems to come that is a sure bet0

Hello all,
I am not going to say that we have been or current are the best. We have held our hand up and agreed that we have had a number of issues however we are working hard to improve the service we provide, its no going to change overnight but it is getting better.
One of the boldest decisions we have made as a company is to actively search forums like this one to try and help our customers. We know that there are unhappy customers out there and we want to help them.
