Right. Well there is no way of telling yet as the plan to merge schools has not been passed 100% although it is very likely. It is a really nice area, so surely they won't spoil it?!?!?

I would go with 150k as a offer and then see what the response is..make sure you do not pay too much as this market is about to go west big time..,..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -

LOL yeah right. Of course the local council thinks of the importance of open spaces and a healthy environment in their quest to fill as many houses and council tax payers in as possible.0 -
