you said they aren't helping yet the interest is frozen? I think that is mighty helpful. you WILL get letters, you have to direct them to Payplan.
It takes a while but is worth it.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -

I have just filled out the online Payplan form and will hopefully hear from them tomorrow to see what they recommend.
The posts on the whole sound encouraging and which has lifted me somewhat.0
