The Skipton Fixed Rate ISA is NOT available!

Me & OH applied over 2 weeks ago & had our cheques sent back.
Today they wrote to me "Our website has not advertised the Fixed Rate ISA since its withdrawal", which they say was on 19th April. Well their webpage is still up: http://http://www.skipton.co.uk/savings_and_investments/isas/fixed_rate_cash_isa/
If you're careful, you'll notice that this page isn't linked-into by their menu. But that won't stop folk like us who've either bookmarked it, found it through MSE, or found it through a search engine.
Well annoyed.
MSE please take it off the best ISAs list!

Just noticed that the Fixed Rate ISA page IS still linked into the rest of the Skipton website - via the sitemap (http://www.skipton.co.uk/sitemap.aspx)!
Okay maybe that's getting a bit techie, but still a fair comment, when impatient folk like me use sitemaps to avoid layers and layer of menus.0 -
Its withdrawal was mentioned on this forum but if it is still mentioned in the best buys, they need to be updated.0
