Like the fact that you didn't oppose the comment about an accidental fire!! Just goes to show doesn't it? You been wronged by the courts? Well I have been through the legal system - get off your high horse!!:money:
Your posts have been reported to Abuse, I have no need to respond to bigots any further.Gone ... or have I?0 -
That old chestnut, I'm not a BNP recruiter but ...
This is a privately run forum. Please have some respect and keep such comments for somewhere more suitable.
No if you read the papers you will see for yourself. Weak argument by an idiot. As a black person you think I would join the BNP? What a suck up fool you are - well done0 -
Please ban me from your site as my truthful comments obviously annoy a woman who is so "strong minded "she likes to create arguments and issues out of nothing. Who would want to tame someone as small minded as that??
Maybe some women aren't meant to be tamed. Maybe they just need to run free til they find someone just as wild to run with them.0 -
In relation to the heading of this forum, I only made my comments from my personal experience and in trying to help others. My court experience was not good and the point I was trying to make like No Country for Old Men is that it is a coin flip. Once anything gets legal you may get lucky but on the other hand you may lose everything. Life isn't fair. If people want to make out I am some Nazi racist bigot, so be it but think about your aggression!! So glad that I didn't mention the fact that I LOVE eating meat!! OOPs sorry lamby, prawn head and chicken thigh!!
I only try to be helpful and friendly in my posts but it does get on my wick when people get on some kind of moral judging panel and just give negative comments. If you don't like it - disagree and move on. But saying "I am reporting you because I think you are a bigot whose views don't fit in with my idealised sanitised STUPID view of the world"... just makes me laugh and depair that I am living in a nation of Knumpty numbskulls. Hope ya pleased. XX0 -
Missed this one!
The site is very simplistic, and does not give the full range of penalties for offences. Also, it does not deal with situations when an offence can be dealt with under different measures.
Nice to look at for fun, but I would not rely on it for definitive information.
It gives the full range of penalties dealt with at the magistrates court - also states on the home page "
If a crime is committed and is NOT dealt with by way of either a fixed penalty, such as motoring offences, or indeed a Police caution then you will be charged and receive a summons to appear before the Magistrates’ Court....."
Not sure your comments had been thought through.
Many thanks0 -

Deary Me - although not wanting to respond I feel I must. I have already contact the relevant people and have had discussions before. lets call this to an end, i am sure we both have better ways to spend our time :-)
Ending on a friendly note.0 -

I think DMG24 is referring to the fact that it only has sentencing guidelines but doesn't really go into the range of sentences available (e.g. conditional discharges, absolute discharges, fines, etc).0
