What to claim for via MCOL - full or partial cashback

I'm about to claim via MCOL against mobiles.co.uk (part of CPW) for them failing to honour a cashback request.

As I'm at 6 months through an 18 months contract - and the cashback was for half price line rental for the whole contract - do I calim for what they owe me now (i.e. £105 = 6 x £17.50) or the whole 18 months worth ( £315 = 18 x £17.50)?

If I claim for £105 do I have to re-claim every 3 months (as this terms of the cashback claim were staged at 3 month intervals after the initial 6 months)???

I'm confused. Is it likely that mobile.co.uk will honour my claim after they've been forced to pay through MCOL?

Chris.

claim the full amount saying that you have lost faith in their cashback claiming process.
Old Faithful we roam the range together,
Old Faithful in any kind of weather,
When the round up days are over,
And the Boulevard’s white with clover,
For you old faithful pal of mine.
Giddy up old fella cos the moon is yellow tonight,
Giddy up old fella cos the moon is mellow and bright,
There’s a coyote crying at the moon above,
Carry me back to the one I love,
And you old faithful pal of mine.

Thanks - makes sense the more I think about it - as if they will suddenly "see the light" - the slimy bar stewards :-)

Actually it's a fundamental breach of contract - not a "loss of faith".
