    this has been discussed at length many times on these forums.

    there are 38 reviews on that site, how many thousands of people have had a holiday there?

    if you have any need to complain then you can do so i have always found the housekeeping staff to be very helpful.
    Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today!:mad:
    Cos if you do it today and like it...You can do it again tomorrow.. :p

    i wouldnt worry about the reviews too much, its free anyway so you you wont be losing anything.

    it is said anyway that if someone has a bad experience they tell at least 10 other people whereas if they have a good experience they may only tell one person.....how often have you been out for a nice meal or a had good a holiday and thought "i must right a review about that?" i dont - id be forever writting reviews BUT if ive had a bad experience i have written about it on the net more than once!!!

    Like someone else has said, if you arent happy just tell someone.

    we have been to pontins twice, both were freebies and although there wasnt much to do (we usually take our little one to butlins) it has ALWAYS been clean and my hubby would be the first to complain if it wasnt!! We tend to just use POntins as a base, somewhere to sleep and go for a drink on the evening and spend the rest of the time we are away out and about but we`ve always gone at quiet times of the year...im sure there`ll be more to do in june/july but if not im happy to go exploring anyway!!

    Hello all, just wondering if anybody cannot make a holiday to Hemsby. I myself couldnt get one for the kids and i am so gutted. If there is anyone kind enough who cant go and would like to give it to somebody who would be very greatfull? I dont wish anyone to think im begging but just wondering.

    Also to people who dont want to go there because of the reviews, we went a few years back and even though the rooms werent very nice (very dated) they were clean and the staff were lovely. I would have paid the £40 because at the end of the day your not in the room for very long, its a holiday and you want to go out e.g the beach or take part in activities. Really pontins are budget holidays but great fun. thankyou
    PAD from July= £55.10
    Aug= £120.57
    Getting organised for christmas!!!!

    not everyone managed to get a freebie, i had to pay £45 for mine as did many others,..in addition to this i will be travelling 460 miles in a round trip,..dont get me wrong, im not asking for or expecting luxury for £45 ,..however i expect the chalets at the very least to be clean, very basic is absolutly fine,..i can sleep in a tent,so long as it is clean.
