MCOL vs. CPW success!

I had a contract with OSPS. 12 months free, £540 cashback. My confirmation email stated that I should send my 4th bill.

So I did and had it returned (as my 4th bill was before 4 months, duh!) that it was too early.

Filed via MCOL, in the end after a couple of months got a £600 cheque in the post (included £60 fees).

Originally, CPW asked me to sign a document saying that they weren't admitting liability. I told them that I wouldn't and now I've just signed to say that I've received the money as a settlement.

No compensation for time and effort wasted but I can live with that, got my money back.

Second time I've filed MCOL against CPW and won.

Unfortunately, I already have another contract with e2save. That said, if they screw me around again, I'm happy to file via MCOL and get what's owed to me. I probably won't go back to them when this contract expires though.

Well done:beer: I had exactly the same result a couple of months back. Just goes to prove that people don't need to let CPW muck them about.....LBA and MCOL is the way to go.

Looks like I'm going to finally have to file a claim against them. They really are patheitc now. They haven't got a leg to stand on. Maybe the shareholders enjoy seeing their share price go down and down while their court costs go up and up! Lol! Long live the IIC at E2Save!
