A Nokia phone I bought from e2save 9 months ago has stopped working. Does anyone know if I can take it to a Carphone Warehouse shop to get it fixed?

Thanks for the quick reply. My son who is away at university has the phone and I have the receipt so he's going to take it to the local shop and see what they say. I suppose I will probably have to post the receipt.

    Cheers,

try taking the phone in first - they may still do it
they like a receipt but ive got them to repair before without one, they can check the warrenty by scanning the barcode on the sticker in the back of the phone.
also look here and it will give you the nearby repair centers from your postcode

I took in a osps phone to my local cpw purchased before the takeover but in the store they were still able to find the contract details on their system and authorise the repair without me having the original receipt - they even offered to print out a copy purchase invioce if I wanted to take it to an alternative Nokia service centre.
    I think....

    Yes, they do!

My w800i died last week, and I took it to CPW oxford street shop to repair. They retrieved my details from system and tried their best to repair
