Becks is brewed in Germany and shipped to the UK for packaging at one of our brewery's (Inbev). So given the haulage & shipping fees it is one the best bargains you will see!
But the Stella cans at Morrison's £10.47, also Inbev product is cheaper than I can buy at the brewery shop. Even though we brew it!:beer:

How about £5 for 20 stubby bottles of Stella in ASDA.
This has to be worth a shout at 99p per litre...........you may have to look carefully for the price tho as it isnt advertised!

Be careful when comparing prices, my Tesco's keeps changing the size of the beer bottles! i have purchased 1664 in bottles of 275ml, 300ml and 330ml. they also vary the pack sizes from 18 to 30 bottles. if you check normally in very small writing on the price tags they will have a price per 100ml which make it easy to compare [they don't make it easy to find though!]

If you like to sink the pints and want to save your liver and your pocket, Sainsbury's Basic Bitter is less than £1 for a four pack of 440 ml cans. That's 31 pence a pint, and at a mere 2.1% you can drink till the cows come home without falling over. OK, taste-wise, it can't compare with the premium brands like Ruddles, Abbot, Old Speckled Hen etc, but it's not bad, and a good thirst quencher, cheaper than bottled water. If you order £70 worth, they'll deliver it for just £2.50, smaller amounts delivered for a fiver. For lager drinkers (try real ale, you don't know what you're missing) they sell a Basic Lager too.

Lager & Lime is a nice summer drink, esp if you get the lager icey-cold, and you can use the cheapie stuff - it tastes fine!

I think I would rather drink Becks through my socks than drink luppy juice, headache prone Stella which some of you seem to like

got a link for the 12 for £5 at Tesco please? I can't see it on the site, and just rang my local store who said it was £13.98.
